Terms of Agreements Business Relations

1. Terms of Machine Fabrication & Sales

All quotation prices for custom foundry machinery, automatic ladling machines, vertical sprayers, and hoistable degassing systems are based on standard technical agreements. Standard order fabrication begins only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment percentage.

2. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Customers are invited to perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at our headquarters in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, prior to machine dispatch. Dispatch clearance will be issued only after client approval and final payment clearance.

3. Warranty & Defect Liability

Our machinery is covered by a standard 12-month industrial warranty from the date of commissioning or 15 months from dispatch (whichever is earlier), covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover consumable parts such as graphite degassing rotors, melting crucible accessories, or wear items.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal claims, disputes, or arbitration arising from transaction contracts with G S Machine Automation are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, India.
